We had an amazing experience at this 4-star hotel. The location in a quiet area by the beach was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The immaculate gardens and beach access provided a beautiful backdrop for our vacation. We were impressed with the excellent service from the staff, who went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The room amenities were top-notch, and we enjoyed the comfortable beds and spacious living area. The on-site dining options were fantastic, and we appreciated the variety of food choices available. The leisure facilities, including the spa and swimming pool, were a great way to unwind and enjoy our time here. we highly recommend this hotel for its serene location, attentive service, and luxurious amenities.

The hotel is situated in a lovely place - just at the end of Candidasa. Nice beach and rich home reef are good addition to perfectly managed territory.The view of the old Balinesian village conform completely nice design of the hotels bungalous.

Fruits for the breakfest should be better.

This hotel has the beach with the sealife. In 10 minutes drive there are many nice diving places. The 3 m-depth swimming pool is very good. Tasty cuisine. Nice place to stay with children. Kind and attentive personnel.

I loved staying at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. The gardens were huge and well-kept, and the ocean view from my room was magnificent. I also appreciated the shuttle bus that took me to this city's shops.

Hotel has ridiculous prices for transportation or daytours (compared to similar services we used in a hotel in Ubud), E.G. transportation to White Sandy Beach was twice as expensive as with local taxi. Beach of the hotel with black sand not that beautiful - only able to swim or enjoy it during low tide. Restaurant of the hotel is quite expensive so we always took the 10min walk to the city (can recommend Vincents restaurant). Guy(s) at reception were not as friendly as we are used to all other hotels we stayed in on Bali.

At xmas, we stayed at a hotel that was a good distance from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were quite spacious, with plenty of storage and a balcony overlooking the ocean. The food was tasty, with a good variety of options on the menu. Plus, the staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was in need of some updating. The pool lounges were worn and dirty, and the bathrooms were too hot and humid. Plus, the breakfast buffet was always cold and not very appetizing. Additionally, while the staff were nice, the electrics in the room were difficult to manage. All in all, it was not the best experience.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in Bali, and it was a lovely experience! Found two facilities on the premises particularly enjoyable: the pool was spotless and the restaurant had a wide variety of interesting dishes. The hotel's location was also an advantage, not too far from fun outdoor activities. we had a pleasant and relaxing time.

There were a few things that could have been better. For one, the room had outdated furnishings and fixtures.

The hotel is situated in beautiful gardens close to the sea, with wonderful pool and beachfront views. the food is excellent and the breakfast buffet receives particular praise. Staff are friendly and attentive, anticipating guests' needs. the spa massages are relaxing and customized, making guests look forward to the next session.

Noise in the open-air bathroom can be an issue with nearby guests being a concern.
